Sensient Technologies is seeking a Logistics Analyst to organize and optimize warehouse and logistics operations at our site in the United States. You will manage daily activities from order readiness to shipment, improve inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to meet delivery requirements.

The role emphasizes KPI reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Several years of logistics, transportation, and inventory operations experience.
• Hands-on inventory accuracy and warehouse processes experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, carrier management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and KPI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily logistics and warehouse operations from order readiness through shipment completion.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, material movement, staging, and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to prioritize orders and meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely pickups and reliable service.
• Support logistics operations through KPI reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve accuracy.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
