Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse management, and inventory operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, inventory accuracy, material control, and warehouse processes.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and shipping processes, carrier management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, KPI reporting, performance monitoring, and operational metrics.
• Strong analytical skill set with data analysis, trend identification, root cause analysis, and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, and improve accuracy, productivity, and cost performance, supported by leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and warehouse operations, from order readiness through shipment completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, material movement, staging, and warehouse organization to maintain efficient operations and inventory control.
• Partner with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to prioritize orders, align operational activities, and meet customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely pickups, reliable service, and effective shipment execution.
• Support logistics operations through KPI reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring to track results, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks and root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators, communicate performance insights, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and warehouse performance.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
