You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services, serve as a local community ambassador, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, leveraging marketing tools, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience is preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
