Job summary

Manning Gross + Massenburg LLP is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Engineer in New Orleans to support a high-demand litigation IT environment. You will handle level 1-2 requests, assist with courtroom tech, and work closely with a national Service Desk.

The role requires 4–6 years of legal IT support, strong Windows/Office 365 Copilot skills, and willingness to travel for coverage. This is an on-site position with after-hours on-call rotation and a focus on secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years in fast-paced Legal IT support environment.
• Experience with Windows, Office 365 Copilot, VPN, RDP, and AV tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated IT resource for the New Orleans office, ensuring local IT support and onboarding.
• Manage workstation setup/relocation/refresh and conference room tech.
• Provide second-level incident escalation and ensure timely ticket lifecycle management.
• Support litigation/trial tech, including A/V services and eDiscovery tooling.
