Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite Lifestyle Director in Leander, TX to develop, promote, and evaluate a comprehensive lifestyle program for residents. You will lead event planning, community engagement, and communications across newsletters, social media, and campaigns.

The role oversees amenity operations, budgets, and volunteer programs, collaborating with management to deliver high-quality resident experiences in a master-planned community.

Qualifications

• HOA lifestyle management experience (2+ years) in a large-scale, master-planned community.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years in event planning, recreation, hospitality, public relations, or community engagement.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience managing volunteers and community committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive lifestyle program to engage residents.
• Plan and execute signature events, educational programs, wellness activities, and social gatherings.
• Manage communications: newsletters, website, social media, and event marketing.
• Oversee amenity center operations and facility reservations.
• Coordinate budgets, sponsorships, reports, and volunteer programs.
