Job summary

Archer, collaborating with Oracle, is seeking a candidate to support healthcare IT services. The position is based onsite at Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, with a focus on learning to guide customers and perform basic installations and configurations under supervision.

You will learn to analyze issues, perform root-cause investigations, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing while developing a foundation in Oracle technologies and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Applies basic understanding of product features to guide customers.
• Begins to specialize in Oracle technologies and best practices.
• Completes assigned tasks to support optimizations or efficiency efforts under leadership.
• Provides proactive and reactive remote or onsite technical assistance with supervision.
• Assists customers with routine software updates, upgrades, configuration, and incident remediation.
• Begins to analyze new issues by learning to perform root cause investigations.
• Provides post-project lessons learned from technology implementation.
