Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks an intermediate Configuration Analyst to configure Oracle Health Oncology implementations. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; travel up to 20% is expected. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

You will work independently with some guidance, delivering high-quality configuration work and maintaining project documentation within Oracle methodologies and practices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in functional or technical roles including knowledge of Oracle Health Oncology product(s).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness.
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders.
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration.
• Complete complex system configurations independently.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools.
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues.
• Adopt new process improvements and proactively identify new process improvements.
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting.
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide training as needed.
