Aston Carter is seeking an HR Leave & Accommodations Analyst for a 6-month, 100% onsite contract in Olathe, KS. The role focuses on coordinating employee leaves and accommodations, ensuring compliance with FMLA/ADA/PWFA, and partnering with HR, payroll, and vendors to deliver accurate, timely leave support.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in leave/absence management, strong Workday experience, and excellent communication skills to maintain compliant processes and high employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leave of absence and/or disability claim management experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, state leaves and compliance.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS systems for tracking leaves and accommodations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer all types of employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, state leaves, parental and disability).
• Ensure leave processes comply with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and vendors to deliver a seamless leave experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of accommodation requests and outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports on leaves and accommodations for leadership.
• Support development of leave administration function and process improvements.
• Coordinate accommodations under ADA and other applicable laws.
• Protect confidential information in compliance with HIPAA.
