Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Temporary Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will show units, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and sign leases, while handling paperwork and data entry. Regular onsite presence and collaboration with the team are essential.

You’ll support resident retention efforts and help execute marketing plans, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and operate on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing activities to close sales, including appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and manage model units.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
