Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

• State leasing license or ability to obtain license within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease application paperwork and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects, inspect units, and coordinate move-ins and turnovers.
• Maintain timely logging of prospect information and communications in property management software.
