Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kissimmee, FL to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet prospects, tour communities, qualify applicants, and secure leases, ensuring smooth move-ins and high occupancy.

The role requires on-site presence, strong customer service and sales skills, knowledge of on-site software, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community and sign a lease.
• Close sales: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, walkthroughs, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans, analyze market conditions, and contribute to resident retention programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies as directed.
