Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead onsite Lean initiatives in Allentown, OH. You will mentor the CI team, drive kaizen events, and coordinate cross-functional process improvements to meet corporate goals while ensuring safety and ISO standards.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and strong analytics with Power BI and Excel. Salary ranges from $110,600 to $178,000 with merit-based increases and comprehensive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred; Green Belt acceptable.
5+ years of supervisory experience in operations improvement.
Proven lean manufacturing and ISO standards experience.
Strong project development, management and implementation history.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI; analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Champion continuous improvement vision and align site strategy with lean objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the CI team to foster high performance.
Inspire staff at all levels to embrace CI principles.
Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop improvement strategies.
Plan and facilitate rapid improvement events (Kaizen, RIE, OEE, SMED, Line Balancing, 5S).
Collaborate to maintain standards supporting corporate goals.
Design and deliver lean training programs for staff and management.
Track progress of projects and realize benefits.
Maintain CI documentation and conduct performance evaluations.
