ABB in Senatobia, MS seeks an onsite Operations Supervisor to drive production planning, optimize line performance, and deliver high yields. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and apply Lean Six Sigma to cut waste while ensuring safety and quality across manufacturing centers.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, procurement and quality, coach operators, and use Excel to monitor metrics and drive continuous improvements that align with ABB’s global standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervision experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis ability.

Responsabilités

• Executes per the annual production budget, oversees progress and actions to address cost issues.
• Develops programs and metrics to drive operational performance and optimize working capital.
• Reduces non-value-added costs and increases revenues by delivering products on time with high yields and low field failures.
• Ensures operator training and continuous improvement methods are implemented and accountable for production results of manufacturing work centers.
• Provides cross functional support during implementations and collaborates with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles.
