Job summary

Gosnaphop in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. This hands-on role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, developing practical solutions, and driving measurable improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

As an internal change agent, you will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety, Sales and Executive Leadership to implement

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required to communicate with diverse workforce.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experience; ~10 years ideal.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of a Lean Management System across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute a multi-year CI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety and leadership.
