Diversified Services Network, Inc. seeks a Lead QA Specialist to join our on-site team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL. You will lead testing across large-scale software programs for a Fortune 100 client, shaping QA strategy and governance.

This hands-on leadership role requires mentoring QA engineers, driving defect management, and partnering with Product Owners and engineering teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software quality assurance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a true QA lead/technical lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering is a plus but not required.
• Experience leading QA initiatives across multiple projects/teams.
• Experience in a cross-functional, high-paced software development environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and test execution across multiple projects.
• Mentor QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and program teams in Agile.
