Job summary

HB McClure Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Mechanical Construction Project Manager for our Harrisburg team. You will lead multiple HVAC/plumbing construction projects, from award through closeout, and drive budgets, schedules, and field coordination on site.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct PM experience in commercial HVAC/plumbing construction.
• Experience managing mechanical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Demonstrated ability to manage job costs, labor productivity, change orders and forecasting.
• Knowledge of commercial mechanical systems, drawings and sequencing.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, foremen, field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple active construction projects and hold teams accountable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical education preferred.
• Valid PA driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from award through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower, materials and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor job costs, labor productivity and forecasts to identify risks and protect profitability.
• Work closely with foremen, field teams and general contractors to keep projects on track.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders and billings.
• Maintain regular jobsite involvement, providing direction, accountability and support.
