Job summary

HB McClure, LLC is seeking a skilled Commercial Plumbing Mechanic to install plumbing systems for commercial new construction and fit-out projects in the Harrisburg area. The role requires reading plans, coordinating with foremen, and ensuring high-quality work across domestic water, sanitary/vent, gas and mechanical piping systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of codes and OSHA standards, and an ability to work with other trades.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing construction installations (rough-in to finish).
Journeyman or Master license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Install commercial plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects.
Complete rough-in and finish work across domestic water, sanitary/vent, gas and mechanical piping systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and layout piping and fixtures accordingly.
Coordinate with foremen and other trades; mentor apprentices as assigned.
Work independently or as part of a crew while maintaining quality and safety.
