Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Financial Analyst-Lead to join the Manufacturing Finance team. The role serves as the primary finance contact for sites, delivering financial analysis, business support and cost account oversight for manufacturing-related systems and inventory.

The position is 100% onsite across Danbury CT and other locations; travel up to 25% within the U.S. will be required to engage with multiple sites and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with financial analysis, reconciliations, or general ledger accounting.
• Working knowledge of inventory and manufacturing accounting processes.
• Ability to raise concerns, challenge assumptions, and communicate findings constructively.
• Ability to research and resolve financial or transactional discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conducts financial analysis (variance, risk, P&L) and provides forward-looking projections.
• Supports production management through inventory and cost accounting activities.
• Analyzes inventory obsolescence, cost drivers, and at-risk inventory for financial impact.
• Prepares internal financial reports and communicates results to leadership.
• Improves recurring reporting, reconciliations, and financial-analysis processes.
• Develops financial controls to ensure government and customer compliance.
• Performs month-end close and collaborates across functions.
