Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing finance and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial analysis, cost analysis, risk analysis, system reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Supports inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance activities.
• Analyzes inventory obsolescence, cost drivers, and at-risk inventory to forecast financial impacts.
• Prepares and presents internal financial reports including site dashboards and business metrics.
• Develops executive-level presentations translating financial data into clear insights for leadership.
• Identifies improvements to recurring reporting, reconciliations, and financial-analysis processes.
• Develops and refines financial controls to ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
• Manages month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries, with thorough documentation.
