Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking experienced PRN Licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in El Paso, Texas.

This onsite, as-needed opportunity is for independently licensed clinicians who can provide services to children and adolescents when coverage is needed. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide onsite PRN coverage in El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite, trauma-informed behavioral health support to children and adolescents.
• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services as appropriate.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
• Provide coverage during scheduled needs and staffing shortages.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary partners.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards.
