Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. in El Paso, Texas, seeks a Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide clinical leadership for a team serving unaccompanied minors in a residential setting. You will mentor clinicians and ensure the highest quality behavioral health services.

The role requires an active independent license, at least five years post-licensure experience, and a commitment to trauma‑informed care. This is a full-time onsite leadership position with U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years of post-independent licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral health best practices, and clinical supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and day‑to‑day support for a team of Behavioral Health Therapists.
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, clinical evaluations, and treatment planning as needed.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance for complex cases while promoting trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
• Monitor clinical documentation, treatment plans, and service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care.
• Support onboarding, coaching, training, and professional development of behavioral health staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Assist leadership with program implementation, quality improvement initiatives, and operational priorities.
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload while serving as the clinical leader and mentor for the behavioral health team.
• Advocate for the safety, well‑being, and successful outcomes of every child served.

What You’ll Do

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience supporting federal or government‑funded behavioral health programs.
