Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a PRN Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide onsite clinical leadership for a federal behavioral health program serving children and adolescents. This role covers as-needed opportunities and may involve travel for PRN coverage.

Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted independent license in any U.S. state or territory and have lead-level supervisory experience. California licensure is not required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, lead, or management experience.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Experience supporting individuals affected by trauma, crisis, and/or other vulnerable circumstances.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite behavioral health support to children and adolescents based on program coverage needs.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to behavioral health team members.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations and continuity of services during assigned coverage.
• Provide crisis intervention, assessment, and short-term behavioral health support as appropriate.
• Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with vulnerable populations.
• Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners.
• Assist with clinical oversight, staff support, and operational needs while onsite.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Provide flexible PRN coverage based on program and scheduling needs.
