SRI Tech Solutions Inc. in California seeks a Lead Functional Analyst with extensive Oracle Fusion Finance experience to translate business needs into functional requirements and guide offshore QA work.

You will own end-to-end validation across Fusion and internal applications, coordinating with onsite managers and the offshore team to ensure release readiness. Based in California, US, you will work onsite 3 days per week at the Customer location, collaborating with Finance, IT, and third-party

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Finance with depth across Receivables, Revenue, General Accounting, Asset Accounting and Intercompany.
• Experience validating end-to-end flows across Fusion and integrated internal apps/3rd party systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional validation scenarios and guide offshore teams.

Responsabilidades

• Work with onsite Application Managers to gather requirements across Oracle Fusion Finance and integrated applications.
• Coordinate with onsite QA Lead and offshore team, providing Finance domain depth for validation planning.
• Translate requirements to the offshore team, review scenarios for coverage and traceability.
• Own end-to-end functional understanding of flows from internal Customer apps to Fusion and downstream systems.
• Act as onsite liaison, communicating status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Validate readiness ahead of releases, support UAT, and drive defect triage to closure across all owners.
