Black Rock Groups seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to lead a team in designing and delivering web applications using C# and .NET, based in Dallas, with on-site work from Day 1. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development, strong leadership skills, and deep experience with front-end frameworks, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software development leading teams.
• Strong C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework expertise.
• Experience with front-end tech: HTML5, CSS3, JS, Angular/React/Vue.
• Proven RESTful API design and database experience (SQL/NoSQL).
• Azure or AWS experience and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Provide technical support and incident handling.
• Define user stories and prioritize backlog.
• Ensure scalable, secure, high-performance apps.
• Oversee SDLC from planning to maintenance.
• Drive technical decisions and enforce coding standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks and propose solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging tech.
