Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager - OPEX to support the expansion of our fulfillment network by helping new and transitioning sites launch, ramp, and stabilize. This role is hands-on, traveling to centers across the network to support launches and develop on-site leaders.

You will embed with site leadership, run shifts when needed, and ensure adherence to Stord's operating standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree required; heavy travel (up to 75%) expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume warehouse, fulfillment, or ecommerce.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams in a distribution setting.
• Strong coaching and training experience for new site leaders.

Responsibilities

• Embed at new or expanding fulfillment sites to support launch readiness and ramp.
• Partner with site leadership to ensure processes and rhythms before/after go-live.
• Provide on-site support during critical launch periods to stabilize performance.
• Onboard and coach new operations managers and frontline leaders.
• Lead and participate in daily execution across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
