Airswift is seeking a Land Agent to support energy infrastructure projects in the Philadelphia area or Northern Delaware. The role focuses on land rights, route support, and cross-functional collaboration with survey, environmental, engineering, and permitting teams.

Responsibilities include identifying parcels, negotiating rights, coordinating title work, and tracking acquisition progress to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting land acquisition activities for project delivery.
• Negotiate easements, rights-of-entry, and property agreements.
• Experience with landowner outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate title research, ownership verification, and recording.
• Track acquisition progress and support project budgets.
• Collaborate with survey, environmental, engineering, and permitting teams.
