Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a Land Development Administrator to handle day-to-day administrative tasks for land development operations in Grapevine, Texas. This on-site role supports budgeting, invoicing, contracts, and compliance with signing limits.

The position requires strong Excel/Word skills, general administrative experience, and a willingness to learn Google Earth and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to collect, sort and analyze data (Beginner level).
• Effective written and verbal communication across levels (Intermediate).
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings (Beginner).
• Self-starter who can identify problems and propose solutions (Intermediate).
• Scheduling software proficiency (Beginner).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Beginner).

Responsibilities

• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare documents.
• Update and track project development budgets under the Land Development Manager.
• Code invoices and process payments.
• Create contracts, purchase orders, and contract exhibits in Excel.
• Ensure signing limits are followed for contracts and invoices.
• Support internal audit and company standards adherence.
• Prepare monthly Concur expense reports and coordinate travel.
• Run monthly vendor insurance and weekly budget variance reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
