Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC is partnering with a major Houston-based energy company to hire a Quorum Land Analyst II. You will review lease documents, data in Quorum On Demand Land (ODL), and ensure accuracy of payments, escalations, obligations, and terms.

Ideal candidates have experience with land records, lease administration, and Quorum ODL, with strong data integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings to the Land Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in land records administration, focusing on real property leases, lease payments, escalations, and obligations.
• Experience with Quorum ODL.
• Basic land title experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions, plats, and maps.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review lease documents and related data for accuracy in ODL
• Review and update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information in ODL
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the Land Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
