Job summary

ASC Advisors LLC is seeking a seasoned Camp Director to lead the Lake Travis camp sessions, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality programming. You will manage a dynamic team of 25–35 seasonal staff and coordinate operations across sessions, while staying accountable for program outcomes.

You will drive recruitment, partner with HR, maintain ACA/DSHS standards, and oversee budgets, vendor relations, and training programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in camp leadership, site operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of people leadership with staff supervision.
• Knowledge of camp management systems (e.g., CampBrain) preferred.
• Ability to live onsite during sessions at Lake Travis, TX.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Social Work, Education, Child Development, or Outdoor Recreation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle of Lake Travis camp sessions, including opening/closing rituals and safety protocols.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and inspire 25–35 seasonal staff per session.
• Direct daily operations, facilities upkeep, kitchen services, and emergency protocols.
• Drive year‑round camper recruitment and organize family connection events.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to elevate programming and training.
• Oversee camp budget, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Develop curriculum for Counselor-in-Training program and mentorship.
