Job summary

Catalent’s Kansas City facility is seeking a Label Process Specialist to manage the complete label lifecycle for clinical and commercial programs. You will work with project teams and suppliers to design, print, and verify labels that meet regulatory and client requirements.

Key duties include setting up study labeling, generating kit lists, producing multi-language labels, maintaining records, and troubleshooting printers. The role is onsite, with regular daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clear English.
• 2–4 years of labeling or pharmaceutical operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up labeling study requirements using the Label Management Software.
• Generate kit lists for clinical protocols that meet study and distribution requirements.
• Import client-provided kit lists into the Label Management Software for use at Catalent.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the design and production of multi-page booklet labels.
