Job summary

TekWissen Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks a hands-on Lab Test Automation Engineer to build and maintain hardware validation test suites for a warehouse facility. Qualifications

• Hands-on lab test automation in Python with test frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise/network OS and white-box OS familiarity.
• Serial/console automation and out-of-band access expertise.
• Linux administration and PXE boot provisioning experience.
• Understanding of PRBS, insertion loss, and lab test concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build a scripted test harness for rack validation with deterministic pass/fail.
• Automate the Rack Level Test flow: BOM verification, port mapping, PRBS.
• Develop per-platform test variants across a multi-vendor matrix.
• Define a machine-readable results schema and export to cloud storage.
• Produce SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for technicians.
• Migrate the suite into a PXE-driven workflow for parallel execution.
• Maintain source in repositories and participate in code reviews.
