Job summary

Experis is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Maplewood, Minnesota to support quality control and product testing within the research and development department. The role focuses on hands-on testing, material evaluation, and collaboration across teams in a dynamic lab environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work 8 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Experience with hands-on testing and laboratory procedures.
• Proficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and mechanical analyses and tests for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to complete prioritized testing across various test methods.
• Prepare materials and organize testing setups for product evaluation.
• Assist in laboratory experiments by testing and evaluating new materials and products based on research data.
• Conduct hands-on tests with multiple pieces of equipment and communicate results effectively.
