Job summary

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Laboratory Technician to support testing, equipment maintenance and data management in an onsite lab in Chanhassen, MN. This 40-hour week role (Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00) offers pay of $25.00/hour and an initial contract through May 2027.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of lab experience, strong detail orientation, and the ability to work safely with chemicals under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Basic laboratory safety practices.
• Ability to follow experimental protocols accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Standardize and administer test methods.
• Calibrate and safety-check equipment.
• Perform standard testing for new products and samples.
• Follow protocols to ensure reliable data.
• Document and organize test results.
• Compile data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Share results with engineers and teams.
• Support lab safety and daily operations.
• Develop proficiency under supervision.
