Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Lexington to manage non-GMP sample shipments, inventory, and documentation on-site. You will coordinate across client networks and external partners, ensuring timely, compliant deliveries for analytical development activities.

Ideal candidates have 6 months+ logistics experience, strong organization, and solid communication skills. This full-time, on-site role offers standard hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience coordinating shipments or logistics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/tracking systems
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site coordinator for non-GMP sample management and shipment activities in Lexington
• Coordinate shipment of samples within the client network and to external partner facilities
• Oversee end-to-end shipment process and required documentation
• Ensure shipments meet transportation requirements and client procedures
• Collaborate with Analytical Development leads and lab personnel to prioritize requests
• Monitor shipment status and address delays to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain inventory, shipment, and tracking records
• Provide timely shipment schedules and updates to stakeholders
• Support process improvements in sample management and shipping
