Turnberry Solutions in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Lab Operations Project Associate to oversee provisioning, instrumentation, and facility maintenance, driving efficient lab performance. You will manage end-to-end lab projects from conception through onboarding and installation of new instruments, coordinating moves and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or related area is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day provisioning, instrumentation, facility maintenance, and upkeep for lab operations.
• Manage lab projects end to end from idea through onboarding and installation of instruments.
• Coordinate laboratory moves for facility projects.
• Ensure routine equipment maintenance is performed within set timeframes and collaborate with external partners.
• Collaborate with IT to manage computer and automation systems, including upgrades and issue resolution.
• Work with scientific staff and leaders to improve operations, automation, and workflows.
• Collaborate with project team members and adhere to procedures, priorities and timelines.
• Maintain general laboratory safety standards.
