Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work directly on the manufacturing floor alongside production team members and observe tasks.
• Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and training materials.
• Standardize processes across production, assembly, inventory, and shipping.
• Track improvements and measure results.
