Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Learning & Development Support Advisor in San Antonio, TX, onsite for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on coordinating training activities, managing LMS data, and providing administrative and logistical assistance to the L&D team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Learning & Development experience required, including admin, analytical, coordination responsibilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate L&D resources, facilitators, and learning spaces.
• Schedule and coordinate learning events based on planning processes.
• Manage training logistics including rooms, tech, and instructor requirements.
• Provide administrative support to L&D teams and maintain LMS data.
• Build and maintain course offerings within the LMS and keep course requirements updated.
• Manage learning paths, curriculums, and related program information.
• Support instructors, facilitators, and learners during training events.
• Troubleshoot basic classroom tech issues and escalate complex problems.
• Maintain training communications, reporting, metrics, and compliance information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across learning and business teams.
• Identify risks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
