Job summary

The Boeing Company in Everett, WA is seeking a KC-46 Engineering and Certification Integration Manager (Level K) to lead certification and engineering integration across production, development programs, and other chief engineer directed assignments.

The role requires ownership, consensus-building, and the ability to remove roadblocks while coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders, including FAA and USAF as needed. This is an onsite leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• One year of leadership experience or completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership program.
• Experience across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead applicant integration across impacted business units and Type Certifications for the KC-46.
• Develop, motivate, and oversee a diverse team of PIMs and certification engineers.
• Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for KC-46 certification and engineering issues.
• Develop integrated plans, establish teams, monitor developments, manage projects to closure.
• Interface with FAA/USAF as needed to ensure continuity across stakeholders.
