Job summary

TactStaff EDU is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a Lakewood, Washington K-12 school district for a full-time, onsite contract role. The BCBA will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school teams to deliver evidence-based behavioral services in an educational setting.

Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, conducting observations and assessments, developing behavior support plans, and training staff on data-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based behavioral consultation and support for K–12 students.
• Conduct observations, assessments, and referrals as needed.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Meet weekly with staff to review progress and data.
• Collaborate with teachers, admins, and families as appropriate.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Provide staff training on behavior management and evidence-based interventions.
• Ensure services align with school district requirements.
