Job summary

This entry-level role collaborates with legal and administrative teams to learn workflows and assist with system updates.

Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and basic IT aptitude are valued. Training will be provided; prior CaseAware experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years of relevant technical or administrative systems experience is preferred.
• Prior CaseAware experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic familiarity with databases or SQL is a plus; willingness to learn is important.
• Experience with Excel Power Query is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating with legal and administrative departments to understand processes, tasks, and workflow needs.
• Assist with configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining processes and data within CaseAware under supervision to support workflows.
• Assist with identifying and troubleshooting basic process and data issues, documenting findings and escalating more complex issues.
• Support the creation, modification, testing, and maintenance of legal document templates while learning CaseAware document logic and mark-up.
