Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT work in technical support, help desk, or junior systems administration.
• Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
• Experience with Group Policy and patching/system updates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team projects and activities to support infrastructure initiatives.
• Support configuration and administration of virtual servers in VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Assist with backup systems and disaster recovery documentation.
