Job summary

SimIS, Inc. seeks a Joint ISR Integration Analyst to support JISR&A capability programmes, engaging with stakeholders from Tactical to Strategic levels in a life cycle approach.

The role requires senior-level program management expertise and a track record in multi-source intelligence fusion within multinational or NATO-like environments. The position is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with a focus on developing and integrating capabilities across DOTMLPFI, doctrinal development, and coordination of

Qualifications

• Ten years of operational experience in multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration at Joint or Strategic level.
• 5–10 years of Programme/Project Management experience within military capability development.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• 5–10 years of multinational organization experience with NATO agencies’ role in system development.
• 5–10 years of experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide methodological and analytical expertise for JISR&A capability development and multi-domain fusion.
• Support JISR&A projects as required by senior program leaders.
• Elicit, capture, develop, analyze, and trace requirements across DOTMLPFI.
• Develop and review doctrinal corpus related to JISR&A concepts and directives.
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and propose actions to resolve capability issues.
