Job summary

SimIS Inc. is seeking a Joint ISR Integration Analyst to support the JISR&A Capabilities Programme Director and coordinators in programme management efforts across DOTMLPFI lines of development. The role is onsite in a multinational, defense-focused environment.

The candidate will provide analytical expertise, coordinate DOTMLPFI development, and assist with doctrinal and operational requirements while briefing senior leaders and working with stakeholders from tactical to strategic levels.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of operational experience in multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration at Joint or Strategic level.
• 5–10 years of Programme/Project Management experience in a complex dynamic environment; PMP certification desirable.
• 5–10 years of multinational organization experience and familiarity with NATO agencies’ role in system development.
• 5–10 years of experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide methodological and analytical support for JISR&A capability development, focusing on multi-source/multi-domain fusion and integration.
• Support JISR&A related projects as required by Capabilities Programme Director and Integrator/Architect.
• Assist elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation and traceability of requirements across DOTMLPFI.
• Contribute to development, analysis and review of doctrinal corpus related to JISR&A.

SimIS, Inc. is seeking contract support for the development of Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Awareness (JISR&A) capability products across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI) lines of development in a life cycle approach. To support our customer, SimIS, Inc. seeks a Joint ISR Integration Analyst to support the JISR&A Capabilities Programme Director and Project Coordinators in their programme management efforts, including the interaction with JISR&A stakeholders at all levels, from Tactical to Strategic.

Experience Required:

• Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, business administration or related disciplines. Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience are acceptable.
• Ten (10) years of operational experience in multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration on a Joint or Strategic level staff, J2/J23 or J5/J25 experience in NATO or National HQ.
• 5-10 years of Programme/Project Management experience within a complex and dynamic environment, with a focus on military capability development. PMP certification is desirable.
• 5-10 years of experience working in a multinational organization (e.g., a NATO Command, a National military component within NATO Force Structure) and familiarity with NATO agencies’ role in system development.
• 5-10 years of experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide methodological and analytical expertise in support of the development and implementation of the holistic approach toward JISR&A capability development, especially with regard to multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration.
• Support JISR&A -related projects (e.g. JISR Line of Effort; JISR&A -related Beacon Projects) as required by JISR&A Capabilities Programme Director and the JISR&A Integrator/Architect.
• Support the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation and traceability of higher and lower-level requirements (such as capability targets, operational requirements, system specifications, interoperability requirements, etc.) across all aspects of DOTMLPFI.
• Support the development, analysis and review of JISR&A -related doctrinal corpus (e.g. policies, doctrines, directives concepts of operation/employment, courses of action and alternatives).
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and implementation synchronization; support the development of recommended courses of action to resolve issues relating to capability development, across the capabilities’ lifecycles.
