Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team. This role ensures client facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, requiring strong work ethic and attention to detail.

The Site Manager will supervise janitorial staff across all shifts, assign tasks, inspect work, address customer concerns, train employees, and coach performance. Hours: Mon-Fri 3:00pm–11:30pm; overtime as needed. Pay: $20/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and prioritize tasks.

• Willingness to learn about cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff across all shifts and assign tasks.

Job description

HM Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services across various environments.

The Site Manager is in a working position that performs cleaning duties and supervises the work activities of janitorial staff on all shifts at our client's facility. Duties include but are not limited to: Assigning work tasks to the staff, inspecting work, investigating and correcting customer complaints regarding janitorial services, training employees, coaching and counseling on performance, and recommending terminations when necessary.

This position requires great flexibility.

Hours: Monday -Friday 3:00pm -11:30pm ( overtime required upon customer request )

Compensation: $20/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Maintain good client relations.
• Resolve all customer issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in interviewing, make hiring decisions, and train new hires.
• Enforces policy and procedures. May be required to discipline, suspend or terminate employees.
• Maintains distribution and delivery of supplies and equipment to custodial staff.
• Team leadership Abilities
• Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
• Manage expenditures such as labor and supplies to budget
• Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
• Review employee performance and be able to execute training and corrective action plans
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
• Ability to self-manage daily activities without supervision.
