Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite Janitor in Richardson, TX, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance. The role runs 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:00 AM–2:30 PM, Fri 5:00 AM–9:00 AM) in US-TX-Richardson-C27 area, supporting DoD facilities. The candidate will perform routine cleaning, handle cleaning equipment, and comply with safety standards.

Minimum three months custodial experience and a valid driver's license are required. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three (3) months custodial experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive around site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a clean facility (general cleaning, buff/steam clean/vacuum/sweep/mop/wax floors).
• Remove waste and metal chips; clean and service restrooms; clean windows, walls and stairways as instructed.
• Operate forklifts, industrial janitorial equipment, and ladders.
