Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is hiring a Case Manager for its Jail Based Behavioral Health Services team at the Arapahoe County Detention Facility. The role involves onsite, full-time work with a Sunday–Wednesday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule.

Salary is based on experience and equity, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities include comprehensive psychosocial services, helping clients access resources, and supporting recovery goals within a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related human services required.
• Unrelated bachelor's degree acceptable with at least 1 year behavioral health experience.
• Demonstrated interest in behavioral health field.
• Crisis assessment and intervention abilities.
• Knowledge of community resources; strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred bilingual capability.
• Vaccination and TB test required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management and psychosocial support to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Assist clients in meeting basic needs and accessing benefits and resources.
• Coordinate transportation and access to services and community resources.
• Help clients set personal goals and plan services.
• Support daily living skills, including medication use, diet, and budgeting.
• Assist with employment/vocational rehabilitation opportunities where appropriate.
• Engage families, landlords, employers and community agencies to maximize treatment engagement.
