Stefanini Group seeks an Onsite IT Technician to provide face-to-face support at the client site in Marghera. The role is a temporary 3-month contract with potential extension or conversion to full-time depending on performance.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, at least one year of ICT experience, and strong English/Italian language skills; experience with Microsoft platforms and ServiceNow is preferred. The position offers competitive benefits within a multinational environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical ICT environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing-based organization preferred.
• Good knowledge of End User Microsoft platforms (e.g. Active Directory).
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
• Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency.
• English: Upper-intermediate written and spoken proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other personal hardware.
• Perform system and application change testing.
• Prepare scripts in Microsoft Windows 11, 10 and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
• Support small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
• Install software, patches, and updates using Microsoft SCCM.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and hands-on support.
• Suggest improvements and provide feedback on new products and services.
• Build effective working relationships with team members and business users.

We are seeking an Onsite IT Technician with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships with team members and business users. T he role will be based at the client's site in Marghera and it may also suit a junior candidate eager to grow in their IT career. At the end of the 3-month contract, there will be a decision on whether to retain this position on a full-time basis, request a part-time allocation, or discontinue it.

Work conditions

Working hours: 40 working hours per week

What we offer

Salary starting with 26.000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level.
