Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a Deskside Technician to join our on-site IT End-User Support team in Waltham, MA. You will be the primary contact for end-user support, delivering timely, effective solutions to keep employees productive, with on-site and some Boston support as needed.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, and collaboration across IT in a fast-paced environment. A++ communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of deskside or end-user support in a corporate environment.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven ability in PC and Mac configuration and troubleshooting; experience with Intune/Jamf is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support to employees.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1–2 issues and escalate when needed.
• Manage devices with endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf) and handle Active Directory user accounts.
• Support A/V setups for All-Hands meetings and corporate events.
