Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer science/IT or related field.
• Two years of experience supporting computer hardware, software, OS, printers, and enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, evaluate technology solutions and work with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot computer and systems hardware, software and printer issues.
• Deploys new computers and laptops, re-imaging and redeploying for users.
• Installs software programs and updates on computers and laptops.
• Create images for new computers and laptops as needed.
• Analyze logs and collaborate with engineers/vendors to resolve issues.
• Evaluate compatibility of new software and hardware with NWACC systems.
• Assist with obtaining technology quotes and ensure compatibility.
• Research and evaluate current and future computer technologies.
• Maintain expert training in specialized application software packages.
• Document work orders and resolutions in knowledge base/ticketing system.
• Travel to offsite locations to troubleshoot and repair issues.
