Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Washington, DC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for attorneys and staff. This role covers PCs, phones, AV equipment and IT infrastructure, reporting to an IT Support Manager.

Requirements include 3+ years in a corporate IT environment, Windows 10 and Office, Cisco VoIP, Zoom/Teams, mobile OS support, printers, ServiceNow, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel to HK sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word.
• Experience supporting Cisco VoIP phones and voicemail systems.
• Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams for web conferencing.
• Experience with Apple and Android devices and OSes.
• Experience with printers and multifunction devices.
• Experience using ServiceNow for IT incidents.
• Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting.
• Comfort working onsite with strong customer service.
• Ability to document work and contribute to project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for PCs, phones, AV equipment and IT infrastructure.
• Thoroughly document work in the IT incident ticketing system.
• Support escalated incidents from the Service Desk or IT Technicians.
• Assist during events, conferences, and meetings on-site and off-site.
• Support office administration activities and internal IT projects.
